This 2021 Lakota Charger 8417 is one fine all aluminum 4 horse trailer with a spacious 17’ living quarters and a 12’ flush floor slide that makes it feel like a little home on the trail. It’s bright, roomy and packed with everything you need for comfort and convenience while hauling your herd.

Inside the living quarters, you’ve got a sofa and dinette in the slide, refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner cooktop with oven and a double bowl sink. The bathroom is roomy with a separate sink, large vanity, shower and toilet, plus a big storage closet for gear. You’ll stay cozy with the 15,000 BTU ducted A/C and furnace and the stereo with inside and outside speakers keeps the tunes rolling after a long day. The electric awning with LED lights makes it easy to set up camp in style.

The horse area is built for safety and comfort. Padded dividers, a stud wall at the first stall with escape door and flip up step, and 4 fans keep your horses happy on the road. Drop down windows on the head side and sliders on the rump side give plenty of airflow. Tack storage is covered with a 4-tier saddle rack, bridle hooks, brush box, and swing out blanket bars. LED interior and loading lights plus cameras in the horse area and a rear backup camera make everything easier after dark.

Built tough, this trailer rides on dual hydraulic jacks, 8,000 lb axles with 17.5” polished aluminum rims and upgraded H rated tires. You also get 2 propane tanks, 2 batteries and a rear ramp that’s removable if you don’t need it. With a GVWR of 16,000 lbs and an unladen weight of 12,160 lbs, this Lakota Charger is ready to hit the trail, haul your horses safely and keep you comfortable no matter how far you roam.
