62 years old.  Have purchased a ton of vehicles and horse trailers in my life, several brands, Featherlite, Logan, etc.  My wife is a professional dressage trainer and I had searched and studied for about two years on a warm blood trailer/living quarter combination to make her career the best it could be.   To date, I have never had as positive experience as I have had with AJZ.  Many (most) dealers have no expertise at what they are selling in today's strong economy, most seem to typically just hire sales people from any background and put them on the floor.  The staff at AJZ was not only knowledgeable about horse trailers, but responsive to every question (or issue of any kind) we ever had about this trailer.  This was an expensive rig, $100K retail custom order. AJZ had a turn around time that was much faster than anyone else in the industry.  So I was a bit skeptical.  There were things that were missing or did not get done right, but this dealer immediately made them right.  I waited to write this review for half a year.  I can tell you that AJZ beats our experience with Logan and Featherlite by a mile.  I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else once I found this first class dealer (which I would have previously swore did not exist anymore).

This is the second trailer I purchased here. I really needed this one in a hurry. Everybody bent over backwards to accommodate me and delivered it with my requested upgrades in just a couple days! AJZ Trailer Sales did an outstanding job restoring my 2007 Nautique trailer. It came in with heavy rust and years of neglect, and they brought it back to life. Love them!!! I called around looking for someone to replace the mats in my 2015 Twister trailer and no one would help me! Called and left a message at 2Z's... and  got a return call that night,  on a Sunday!! Wow! They got me in quickly, gave me an estimate... that's what i paid!!! I had my two horse trailer serviced by AJZ today. This was my first visit here as recommended by two friends who have been bringing their trailers as well for regular annual service. I am thrilled with the fantastic detailed service from Will and Fred. My trailer looks and feels like new. I’m done with getting overcharged and not getting the detailed service from the garage it’s been going to for the past number of years.
